Refund & Cancellation

1. General Policy

At Leo Boating Adventure, we strive to provide a transparent and fair booking experience. Because our slots are limited and highly sought after, last-minute cancellations significantly impact our operations. This policy outlines exactly when and how refunds are processed.

2. Cancellation by Leo Boating Adventure

Your safety is our priority. If we are forced to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you are fully protected.

3. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, the refund amount depends on how much notice you provide us:

• More than 48 hours notice: Eligible for a full refund (minus any nominal payment gateway processing fees).
• 24 to 48 hours notice: Eligible for a 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund will be issued.
• No-Shows & Late Arrivals: If you do not show up for your designated slot, your booking will be forfeited and no refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling Policy

We prefer to reschedule rather than cancel. If you cannot make your slot, please contact us immediately.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your original booking time.
• All rescheduling is strictly subject to slot availability.
• If a requested time slot is more expensive than your original booking, you will be required to pay the difference.

5. The Refund Process

All approved refunds are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay.

• Once a refund is initiated from our end, it typically takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
• Refunds cannot be processed to a different account than the one used to make the original booking.
