1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the booking services provided by Leo Boating Adventure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Booking & Payments

We strive to make booking as seamless as possible:

• All bookings are processed securely through our technology partner, BookVelo.
• Payments are processed via Razorpay. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received and authorized.
• Upon successful payment, a digital ticket/invoice will be sent to your registered email or WhatsApp number. Please present this upon arrival.

3. User Conduct & Safety

Your safety and the safety of our staff is our top priority. By booking with us, you agree to the following:

• You must follow all safety instructions provided by the captains, guides, or ground staff at all times.
• Leo Boating Adventure reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any individual appearing intoxicated, aggressive, or failing to adhere to safety guidelines, without a refund.
• Any damage caused to our equipment, boats, or property due to negligence will be billed directly to the customer.

4. Liability Waiver

While we maintain the highest industry standards for safety and equipment maintenance, certain outdoor activities and sports carry inherent risks.

By participating, you agree that Leo Boating Adventure, its owners, and employees shall not be held legally liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the experience, unless caused by gross negligence on our part.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

• Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked slot and are subject to availability.
• If Leo Boating Adventure cancels an experience due to severe weather, technical issues, or government mandates, you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
• No-shows or late arrivals missing their slot will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pondicherry, Pondicherry.
