Booking is incredibly simple. Browse our available services, select your preferred date and time slot, choose the number of guests, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an instant digital ticket via email and SMS once your secure payment is complete.
We offer a full 100% refund if you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your slot or for no-shows.
Your safety is our absolute priority. If our management determines that weather conditions are unsafe, we will cancel the session. You will be notified immediately and given the option to either reschedule your slot for free or receive a full 100% refund.
We highly recommend arriving at least 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled start time. This allows ample time for ticket verification, safety briefings, and gearing up. Late arrivals may cut into your activity time or result in a forfeited slot.
Yes, most of our experiences are family-friendly! However, specific age, weight, or height restrictions may apply depending on the specific activity. Please check the service details before booking. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Yes. For security and compliance with local authorities, the lead guest who made the booking must present a valid government-issued ID (such as an Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Passport) along with the digital ticket upon arrival.
